i received your letter today ( -/-/- and in emailing you too tell you that i have sent a letter to the court appeals judge and requesting papers to file a suit against bank of america for mortgage fraud. now you people and the bank of america has all the information and proof you need to send me back my $14000.00 because the money is mine and not yours or the government. it came out off my - - money, mine, not yours or the government and when i get the forms ill send a copy of the check front and back. i was hoping it wouldnt have to go to court and we could settle it peaceable but youre calling me a liar and im not a liar. you have proof and i have proof. its a shame how people treat and disreapect their elders bhut thats your problem, not mine.
