Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I already submitted a complaint several months ago. The complaint number is - I just received a message from your organization that the credit card company could not respond without permission of the consumer. So, I submitted the complaint because I am a cardholder on the account, but my husband is the actual account holder, I guess. Can he give his permission to respond, without starting the complaint over from scratch?
