Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Florida

I sent Transunion a letter on -/-/17 to investigate - # -, a collection agency because I know for a fact that this account should not be on my reports for many reasons, plus, I never done any business with that company. I received a result letter from Transunion stating that the account was verifed. On -/-/2017, I responded to their letter asking them for method of verification since I personally contacted that company reporting that account on my report on -/-/17 and received a response from them on -/-/17 stating that they do not own this alleged debt therefore was unable to validate it. On -/-/2017, I received a result letter from Transunion stating that the account is verified as accurate. I specifically requested on -/-/17 for them to provide me their method of verification, and they bluntly failed to do so, therefore they need to remove this account off my credit report. The credit agency are to report only accurate information on my credit reports, and Transunion keeps failing to do so per law.
