I called Transunion because they once removed the fraudulent debt off of my file and then put it back on there again. Now all - are reporting it again. I told them per the FCRA, they are supposed to investigate and if there is no proof or response, they are supposed to remove it. I called them and they told me to contact the creditor. I told them that I already contacted them and they have done nothing and they basically said it was my problem and it is between me and the creditor. Transunion does not follow the Federal Credit reporting act guidelines. - is reported twice once again on my report even though I notified Transunion that it is a fraudulent debt. I sent them a FTC affadavit and a police report and they still did nothing.
