I have - credit cards with Bank of America. I experienced financial hardship over the course of 2 years. I called multiple times to request help and they would not assist me and said nothing could be done. I finally spoke with someone ( in -/-/- ) who said - ( - ) could help and provide the phone number to get things started. I set up an account with - and they sent the proposal to BOA. BOA denied the proposal but did not tell me why for weeks. I finally found out it was because I had - credit cards small balances and BOA demanded I included those in the proposal. I paid then off. - was told - tried to contact them and BOA did not get in contact with them. - again tried to get in contact with BOA who stated I had additional things on my credit report and that is why they were denying me. - and I pulled my credit report and there was nothing additional on there. Since -/-/-, BOA is charging me late fees and over the limit fees and not working with - after directing me to them. BOA continues


-/-/2017 and have not heard back from them. When I call in and speak to their employees no one has answers for me and it takes days for supervisors to call me back and let me know what is going on. They tell me wrong information such as they do not take outstanding medical bills into account and then say that the - medical bill I have in collections does count in their decision. I feel like they are purposely not working with me in an effort to collect more money from me.
