On -/-/2017, I opened a credit card with Citi Cards. On -, I received both a text and email saying I should have received the card by now and to please activate it. On the -, I called the customer service number stating I had never received the card. The customer service representative told me that it apparently had been returned because the apartment number was incomplete. We confirmed my address and he assured me that I would receive it within 7-10 days. On -, still not having received my card, I called the customer service number again because now I 'm thinking I 'm a victim of identity theft. Citi Cards is unable to verify that I 'm the account owner, in spite of me giving them my security password, first concert attended, and all of the information I used when opening the account. On -/-/-, I called Citi Cards five ( 5 ) times with no resolve. Each time I 'm told I will be called back and never was. They did tell me my account has a hold. Not hearing from Citi, I called again today -. I confirmed the - digits of my card ( which I pulled from an email from them ) and my security password yet again was told that I would absolutely receive a call back from their fraud department as my account is under warning. That was more than 12 hours ago at - this morning. I can not get a direct answer nor status on my account and I do n't know what else to do since I have never received the credit card. I 've called Citi Cards eight ( 8 ) times and can not get a direct answer as to when I will receive my card on an account that was opened more than one month ago.
