I am filing a complaint on Convergent Outsourcing as they have added back an account that was paid in 2013 to - I requested that collections be ceased at this time as I provided information to the - credit reporting companies that this debt was paid. This - account should be deleted from my account and Convergent Outsourcing must cease collection actions immediately.
