Citibank Credit card department,
In error a payment was sent by online banking to Citibank Diamond Preferred Credit card with a balance of $0.00. Company processed the payment despite - balance. Upon identifying the error company was contacted to request funds be returned. Company refused to return funds in time period less than 6 weeks. Numerous calls to customer services with no method to escalate complaints within their system
