Tower Loan Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Missouri
I have experienced financial difficulty. From the beginning I was in contact with Tower Loan to let them know I was trying to get them paid but I was struggling. From the beginning they were very rude to me. My first attempt to get the past due debt taken care of was going through a debt consolidation company. When I told tower loan this i spoke to - who was the manager at the time and she said she would make a note of it. After that she never called me. I was advised to send my creditors a cease and desist letter to all my creditors so I sent one to tower loan. There was a change over in management and someone showed up at my house about a month after I sent them the cease and desist letter. I found that totally uncalled for. I had n't received a phone call from them in a long time so I did n't understand what gave them the right to show up at my house. That night is when the phone calls started. 10 minutes after the lady left my house - from tower loan in -. I informed her
to start the process to garnish my wages and the only way that would n't happen is if I paid my account current. At this point they were trying to scare me into paying my account current and they were not willing to work any payment arrangement out with me that did n't consist of getting the account current. At this point I was so scared of them garising my wages I contacted a bankruptcy attorney. I ended up retaining - in - mo and I cancelled the debt consolidation. I told tower loan that I was sorry but I was filing bankruptcy. They were agan very rude to me and told me that evendors though I was filing bankruptcy they could still take my belongings that were secured. I let her know I had discussed that withe my attorney and that he was going to take care of it all for me from here on out. She told me that they would fight to get my belongings from me. I again asked them to not call me. She informed me that until they had a case number they would continue to call me. I told her that I was tired of them harassing me even after I sent them a cease and desist letter to tell them to not contact me and she said they would still call me. This has continued long enough and I am tired of them treating me like dirt and calling me daily when they know what is going on. I am filing bankruptcy and they attorney has been retained. I do n't feel like there is anything else to say to them but I ca n't get them to stop calling me and harassing me. I have asked them several times and they refuse to quit calling me
