I received a letter from the Bank of the West where I have a checking account in which I typically retain a significant balance that I am going to be automatically charged a monthly " Paper Statement Fee '' of $3.00 unless I elect to receive Online only statements. I have had this account for decades and I object to being 'coerced ' into doing business online.
