Per phone conversation on -/-/- with Sears/CBNA Supervisor - Team # - the " Clerk '' at the retail location entered the wrong mailing/billing address, therefore I never received a bill. Seems the amount was approximately $30.00 and " written off '', per -. The partial account information I have is partial--, ending in -.
Please confirm receipt of this FA- and provide your evidence of correction to all - credit bureaus to the above address. CALL MY CELL ( ABOVE ) WITH ANY QUESTIONS.
