I purchased a vehicle from - and was Financed by Bridgecrest-, I traded vehicle in and the loan was paid off. I also purchased extended warranty and GAP insurance thru them and are due a refund of those monies ( prorated ) as I only had the vehicle for 8 1/2 months. I have been attempting to get a Letter of payoff from them and they keep transfering me to different departments The letter of payoff is required by their extended warranty company ( - ) for me to get my refund, at this point after two weeks of attempting to get the letter sent I have had no luck in receiving it. First was told to wait 10 days before making the attempt to request the letter, and after doing so have gotten a run around in contacting someone to send to me. I have followed all their rules and policies to get this situation resolved and has been to no avail.
