Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Georgia

I have been the victim of identity fraud and have contacted the credit agencies about the numerous inquires listed below that were not initiated by me. the credit bureau simply states that i need to contact the creditor. When the creditor is contacted they can not provide any proof where I consented to have my credit run. further more they refer me back to the credit bureau. Im not getting anywhere and want these inquires removed from my file as they are hindering me from obtaining credit and better interest rates at the bank.
