I paid off my Macys Credit on -/-/2017, payment for the balance due had to be received by Macy 's on -/-/2017. To my surprise I received a $2.00 statement from Macy 's at the end of -/-/- for $2.00 then in -/-/- for another $2.00 and now in -/-/- for another $2.00. I called in -/-/- and they said they would remove the charge, so I did not pay. In -/-/- I did not call so I called again in -/-/-. Now they say that it is interest due from my last statement ... .so why do they keep billing me for additional $2.00 every month. I have paid off other credit cards and when I pay the balance due before the due date that is it! I do n't get another statement from them again unless I use the card again. I really think this is a total scam. I feel robbed. I know it is just $6.00 but I feel it is just not right. I can see from other complaints that this is what they do with everybody. I can only imagine all those who do n't complain and just keep on paying the $2.00. I paid the $6.00 due because this is affecting my credit ( I know they will report me for the $2.00 being past 30 days ). Somebody needs to do something and stop Macy 's from doing this. This is just not fair to the consumer.
