Citibank Credit card department,
I got contacted by - by an unsolicited phone call and they offered online services and they never fulfill with their end of the deal. They took a total of $3500.00 from me which $1900.00 I paid with my Sears Master Card Citibank. According to master card 's dispute manual I should be eligible for dispute with codes - and - and also have a good faith investigation. Which I am not having it and I am very upset with my credit card company. I am attaching a letter from the Attorney General which proves that they acknowledge that I am entitled to $5200.00. Hopefully you can help me with that.
