I found your company information while researching who to complain to regarding citi bank. I have had this card for a few years now and I have paid it off a couple of times and kept if for emergencies. I have had struggles at times like anyone else now a days and I have called into Citi bank each time to work out a payment plan in order to get my credit in good standing. Long story short I have not received child support countless times which cuts into my monthly income, my children have medical bills that need to be paid before they can be seen for a doctor visit, emergencies on my home that need repaired. I can hardly ever get ahold of an actual person and once I do I am switched around countless times from department to department trying to set up a payment or schedule a payment or if I need to, make a payment arrangement for my account. Once I do talk to someone it is never a supervisor like I ask for, instead it is someone who says they are going to note my account, set up a payment plan, waive a late


" offerings '' ever get put into place. My account is always charged late fees even when they say that they will be waived so that I can catch my account up. My monthly payments were never lowed but raised. My account has been under my credit limit and paid up to - currently and they just took it upon themselves to close my account. This was done without any warning or anything and also done while my account was current. This will affect my credit and I would like to get this resolved and my credit not affected for their horrible customer service or lack thereof. I would really appreciate any help that you can give. I work full time and I am a single mother of - children so yes, my priorities are n't always my citi card, however, I always chat or call them to alert them to my situation and try to work out a solution to where I can get my account current and it not affect my credit score.
