Citibank Credit card department,
I called Citi Card Customer service because I got a late fee for being late one day since they did not send me a statement. They email it to me and I do n't have the password to the email address they have on file. I was on hold for over 45 minutes and when I spoke with Customer Service representative said that he could not remove the late fee. He transferred me to another representative and he said that he could not do it and put me on hold again then the line got disconnected. I call again and the same thing happened I asked for a supervisor and the supervisor said he could not remove the late fee either. I was even willing to set up automatic payment so that this does not happen in the future but they refused to take the late charge off my bill.
