So Master Card Barclays Luxury card was being offered to - military personnel with 0 % interest and no annual fees for as long as you were -. After having the card over a year they decided to send out letters saying that they will now be instituting an annual fee starting the end of - 2018. Now I know its a good deal but are they allowed to change the contract after they have already promoted and offered the initial contract. Should n't that be a grandfathered in situation due to the fact they lied about the card to get you to sign up then change the rules using a loop hole.
