Citibank Credit card department,
CITI Thank you prefer card company made a mistake in my mailing address by forgetting put my unit number in my billing address. So I did not receive my statements. When I found out the pending balance when I checked my credit report and contacted the collection companr and they forwarded those statements. When I contacted CITI, they refused to take off the interest charge and fees. This late payment mistake was caused by CITI and they should not charge me any interest and fees. Now my credit is effected by this. So I have to stuck with the high interest rate for my other credit cards balance with this company. I file this complain to request CITI waives any late interest and fees on the CITI Thank you prefer Card and fix this late payment record in my credit and resume my good credit.
