Citibank Credit card department,
Purchased a product with 24 months deferred interest. Figured out automatic payments to pay off it 23 months. Did not pay off in 23 months and was not notified of that fact. Charged all of the interest previously accrued at 25 %. Called to see if they would forgive remaining interest and they declined. I should have been notified that date was approaching so full payment could be made.
