Sent credit card balance transfer from - ( Account - ) to Citibank ( $9200.00, Citibank Account - ) and - ( $5700.00 ) on -/-/2017. - posted transfer on -/-/2017. Citibank stated on -/-/2017 that they have not received the balance transfer even after verifying the account information several times. As another example, I sent a - - bill pay to Citibank and it posted in 4 days. - has verified that the Citibank balance transfer was a valid account and it left their institution on -/-/2017. After 13 days, they have not received a notice from Citibank that it was rejected.
