Hello there, I have been banking with Citibank for approximately 10 years, I just noticed that they have been withdrawing - dollars per month from my checking account for almost two years just to keep my money with their institution, that was not the original agreement when I opened the account with them and I was not notified about that change in the contract neither. I 'd like to have all that money back to my account, those monies were collected without my express consent.
