TransUnion had a computer breach in their system that violated the rights of their consumers under section 6.11. I have been greatly affected and my score is suffering as a result.This computer glitch which caused all of the inquiries on my credit report to be deleted. However the very next week all of the inquiries were reinserted into my report without prior written notification in direct violation of sec 611 of the fair reporting credit act. I have spoken to several reps of TransUnion and they all acknowledge that the security breach happened multiple times in -/-/2016 but they refuse to fix their error in my credit report. I am requesting that the reinserted inquiries be permanently removed from my credit file immediately.
