Citibank had a promotion requesting people open a checking account and deposit $15000.00, maintain it for three months, after which customers would receive an $400.00 account bonus. I called them and opened the account, funded the account on -/-/- and maintained the required balance. The bonus should have been posted on -/-/- but Citibank has not deposited the bonus as promised.
