I purchased windows through -, and they offered 15 months 0 % financing through Wells Fargo. I have been paying regular payments to Wells Fargo for this 0 % interest program and noted they opened a new credit card account in my name and transferred the balance owed to the new card account. It appears based on the statements, that this took place in -/-/2017. I did not request Wells Fargo to open a new card on my behalf, nor was an explanation given as to why the new account was opened and the funds were transferred.
