Medical Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Florida

This debt collector has reported information to creditor bureau that I owe a debt. However I was never notified of the debt. I discovered the debt via reporting of my credit report. I then contacted the creditor bureau and the debt collector via several methods ( including certified mail ) to notify them that I have disputed the debt and request validation of the debt. However as of today despite my attempts I have received no notification of the debt and the collection agency has violated my rights by failing to provide me with validation of the debt or at the very minimal notifying the creditor bureaus of the dispute. As of date this collection was never placed in dispute despite my many attempts. The collection agency is ignoring my requesting and refusal of my rights.
