U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I had inadvertently sent an overpayment to US Bank which I requested a check refund. Instead of honoring my request or inform me that they could n't, they sent the payment back to my - which they ca n't find the refund. US bank has requested a trace number but it 's meaningless to the bill pay provider. Now I 'm out of $680.00 due to US bank 's oversight and lack of due diligence.
