Domestic (US) money transfer Fraud or scam North Carolina

I purchased a rifle from -, an online store based in - Virginia and owned by -. I paid $1600.00 via Wells Fargo -, a wire service, to - on -/-/-. - is registered to - - - VA - -. I called or emailed every few weeks since I ordered it and was told it was on back order and would ship when it came in stock. To date, I have not received my order. When I checked on my order on -/-/-, I found out the website is down and the phone number is out of service. I paid using Wells Fargo - which is a wire transfer service. I have no way of requesting a refund and think this was a scam to fleece people across state lines. When I look up the google reviews now there are - posting of other people that he stole money from as well. I am sure there are others. - is also listed online as - - was also the creator of LendingShares which became - shares. This company was a crowdfunding platform that existed without - oversight and existed for 3 years before becoming defunct. I believe that -
