U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I was contacted by - back in -/-/- and I paid them $2000.00 with my US Bank credit card, apparently for their " Business Concierge '' package. It was my understanding that they were going to increase my online presence by managing my online reputation, therefore increase my SALES. Well it has now been a while, the reason why I am writing to your agency is because they promised me in writing my refund on -/-/- and they are not complying with their word, I called them several times and no word from them. They are being dishonest and I need your help with that. I am attaching the refund and harmless form that I signed to this complaint.
