The site would n't allow me to make a payment, stating : " Loan # - as of -/-/2017 - EDT One Time Payment is not available at this time because your mortgage payment is now 30 days or more past due and your loan is in default. We are concerned about your missed mortgage payment and we want you to be aware of the assistance available to you in case you are unable to bring your payments current. Please contact SWMC 's Home Retention Department at -. Your Personal Concierge is available to assist you between the hours of - to - PT, Monday through Friday ( except Federal Holidays ). ''
