Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Florida

My bank account was overdrafted by $20.00 due to a - payment and bank of america changed me - $35.00 overdraft fees each when I have another account with bank of america with a few thousand dollars in there. I called them next day asked them to consider waiving the fees and the associate told me no and they would not allow me to speak with the manager because they were busy with another customer.
