Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Colorado
Alleged fraud, Bank of America claimed a permanent credit of $1800.00 was added to our account for our use that Bank of America knew was not actually available and supported that claim with false information to cause us to use the funds to the advantage of Bank of America. Funds were not available, just a temporary fake number which was removed after use. Multiple proof in hard copy from Bank of America. fraud -intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right ) - fraud -intentional perversion of truth ( claiming $1800.00 was available in my account and the merchant had been contacted, neither was true ) in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right ( to falsely indicate $1800.00 was immediately available to use on the BOA credit card ). Considerable documentation and proof in hard copy. Multiple false claims by Bank of America on available funds that were never there.
