Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result
TransUnion Intermediate Holdings, Inc. Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Illinois
I first disputed with TransUnion numerous accounts to have validated and to prove they are legally able to report. I received a form letter stating items they did investigate was complete. I then sent letters out asking for verification that a reasonable investigation was done and per FCRA to send me all documentation proving such was done. They sent me a form letter back just stating how they do investigation NO information. Now mind you there are accounts that were purchased by collectors who re aged accounts and arent reporting accurate dates of opening delinquency etc. This is called reaging. It is against the FCRA. These accounts should match the account in which debt buyer purchased from lender. It shouldnt be a new account! this is just one of a few issues I have and its plain to see on the credit report the reaging. You can look at status dates also as they are prior to my request. TransUnion doesnt want to do anything but send out form letters with no proof any investigation was done and just by looking at my reports you can see the total - just with re aging of accounts. After all this I
and no information regarding investigations they were supposed to have done. Its getting very old with this company. Personally I dont believe they do a - thing. If they did theyd be able to prove it. I then sent out intent to sue. So much inaccurate infomation its to the point if they are going to allow and dont care they should be sued.- accounts alone by - have been reaged and these people cant figure this out. All the items I listed should be removed because this company did NO investigation what so ever. Now they have even blocked me from going online to file dispute. This company shouldnt even be in business. I would hate to have to go to court but it seems thats the only way these people wish to deal with people.
