My name is - - I am the heir to The Estate of - - - and I have tried to get the loan placed in my name since - - and continued to pay by money order for the home for - and due to medical reasons moved out of the home - of - my sister 's children was still in the home at the time with God parents who did not make payments to midland mortgage so payments got behind. I moved back in home because midland assured me that I could take over loan if I moved back in. I have moved in on - - and have sent multiple times hardship affidaviate and everything that they needed to try to help with getting the home placed in my name and assume loan and modification because of my low income. Now they are putting the house in foreclosure and I do n't think that it is fair because they have not done what they said they were gon na do.
