My husband and I entered a lease agreement renewed -/-/-. It was written for 13 months period. I was informed it is against the law to have it drawn up the way it was, after signing moving into another apartment under different management. The problems associated with the balance was at move in. There were problems with the uneven floor boards, the buoyancy of the flooring was unstable and there was a transferred water bill that the company did not want to resolve. It was attached to the water bill for -. I have disputed it with the company via certified letters. I also went to speak with then manager ( -/-/- ) but there was not one on the property. As of today, it was moved into an installment status until -/-/-.
