Wells Fargo Complaint Wells Fargo continually and intentionally charges my account for unnecessary and fraudulent fees. On -/-/2017, at - my checking account had a balance of $4.00 and I made a cash deposit of $1100.00. A little after 2 hours after the deposit was made, the bank intentionally put my account into a negative balance and charged my account an overdraft fees. This similar incident has happened numerous times. On -/-/2017, after requesting an explanation about the unauthorized fees, a representative at the bank - - - was very disrespectful towards me raising her voice and screaming at me during the time of the discussion. She indicated that the bank will not reverse any fees because this is how the bank makes its money. She went as far as sending for a branch manager - - - - to speak on the bank 's behalf and he also indicated that this is the bank 's policies.
