Used my citibank American Airlines card to make a purchase for a vacation plan in - in -/-/2016. Came back to the - and found out that the companies made promises that they were not willing to actually do. A third party company was used to sell the services. There phone numbers are n't answered during business hours and Citibank and myself could not get in touch with them but the company that they contract was with keeps referring me back to them for the services that are supposed to be " free '' and basically I have gone back and forth with them about that. CitiBank reps are only hearing them tell me how to " access '' the services but when I do that they tell me that I have to pay although the contract states that it is free and no additional fees. On yesterday -/-/2017 after almost 4 months someone by the name of - answered the phone at the - place which Traveler 's Choice International calls " - '' and I asked for my credit card to be refunded the $2900.00 that I paid based on the fact that Traveler 's is not willing


when I try and call to access the services either the phone is out of order or they get on the phone and tell me that I have to call the third party to access the service. I am not sure it they will provide the service which is the reason for the disputes that I continue to file. The first time I filed the case with CitiBank it was filed incorrectly and a new customer service employee was notified on -/-/- and supposed to have a supervisor from his team to contact me and I have heard from no one with them as of yet.
