On or about -/-/-, I called us bank platinum card, and requested a deferred payment, because I was affected by a natural disaster " Hurricane - ''. I was granted a two month deferred payment, my payment is due on the - of each month I was assured that I did not have to make a payment until -/-/-. On -/-/- I received a call from us bank collection stating that I was two months behind in my payments and they were calling me for a payment I inform the collector of my arrangement with us bank and offered to provide conformations numbers - and - -, the collector said she did not have any idea what I was talking about, and refused to take the conformation numbers. So I informed the collector that I would be making a payment on -/-/-. I made a payment of $520.00 us bank charged me $260.00 dollars for -/-/- and -/-/- the did not grant me a deferred payment as agreed to.us bank reported false information to the credit bureau stating that I was 30 days late, and closed my account, without informing me taking $ -dollars worth of credit from me and dropping my credit score - points.
