I opened my account on -/-/2016 and funded the account on -/-/2016. I opened it with Promo Code - - ( - ) and that promotion stated. " There will be a bonus of $400.00. To get the bonus you must either open the Citibank account package and the Citigold account package and deposit $15000.00 of new to Citi funds within 30 days and keep it there for 30 days. The bonus will be deposited within 90 days from the date that you meet the requirements. '' It is well past the 90 days and I still do n't have the $400.00 bonus. I have contacted Citibank several times and I continuously get the runaround on the bonus. I was told I did n't have a - but I have sent that - FIVE ( 5 ) times to them at - CITIGROUP - -, - - -, - -, SD - which is the address Citibank provided to me. They show that it was received but keep claiming that the SSN does not match my bank account name which is a LIE. I then send it a 6th and 7th time of the - WITH a copy of my driver 's license, a copy of my SSN, and a copy of my tax return. All items match with my SSN on the - form. I feel that Citibank is doing EVERYTHING POSSIBLE in order to avoid giving me the $400.00 bonus EVEN though I have met every single condition of bonus offer. It is now - and it has been over six ( 6 ) months since I have opened the account and left the $15000.00 in the account without a penny of interest or the bonus. Can you please investigate this matter? I have - this online and Citibank is KNOWN for pulling these illegal shananigans in order to keep from paying the bonus they promise to their customers to get them to place money into their bank.
