Once I seem insterested in the solar system, - - requested my information to run a credit check. He then had me sign a contract but insisted there was a 3 day concellation period prior to moving forward. That evening I contacted - - and told him I was n't comfortable with the contract and would like to cancel it until I could get further details on the pricing. - - said he would call and cancel the contract, but would like come to my home on Sun -/-/2017 to answer any questions I had, and to possibly do another contract. I asked - - for detailed invoice of the items that were included in the contract, which he said he could not provide. - - stated it was company policy not to provide detailed invoicing.

On -/-/2017 - - and I could n't reach an agreement on the pricing and billing practices of -, -. when he came by home. - - once again assured me that my contract with -, -. had been cancelled. The Cancellation Certificate that was sent by facsimile stated : " To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any other written notice, or send a facsimile to - by -/-/-. '' I received a letter dated -/-/2017 from GreenSky, - - -, -, Georgia - on -/-/2017 that stated : " Thank you for Financing your - Project with GreenSky. When you agree to the terms of the Loan Agreement and are ready to make your purchases, give your account number, expiration date, and photo ID to your contractor. Use of the Shopping Pass or the associated Installment Loan to make a purchase constitutes acceptance of the terms of the loan. After your first purchase you will receive monthly statements. I never authorized GreenSky send a direct payment for $22000.00 to -, -. I never signed a contract with -, -. I cancelled the contract with - with in the 3 day period. I contacted GreenSky and was told someone would contact me within 3 business days. I do n't understand why they GreenSky would send any funds to anyone without authorization.
