Closing/Cancelling account California
Recently, I received letters from Citi Bank 's Credit card department saying that my all 4 credit card accounts were closed by Citi bank on -/-/2017. They did not provide a valid reason. The letters only stated " Pursuant to Our Card Agreement, we have the right to close your account at our discretion anytime without prior notice. We have chosen to exercise this right. '' I felt like I am being discriminated. I have been with Citi Credit Card for more than 15 years. I made payment on time. I never spent over my credit line. My credit score is above -. I called their customer services many times and no one can address my problems. I was asked to only send questions to their Executive Response Unit by mail.
