Citibank had lied to me and continue to playing a game with me. Their deceptive practice is unacceptable. Need to be corrected immediately. I heard there were thousands complains about the Citibank on purposely delay or deny customers ' bonus. I think all the victim customers should file a class action lawsuit to against Citibank. I successfully deposited $15000.00 to my bonus checking account and waited for bonus to credit to my account. Until now - more days had passed I have n't see a penny. When I open the account, it was stated on Citibank 's website and I had personally confirmed with their representative, that If I deposit over $15000.00 in to the account within 30 days of account open, and keep the minimum balance of $15000.00 for 90 days, then I will receive $400.00 bonus. By logic, they should just credit the bonus, -, they said they need open a case to do a " investigation ''. What a baloney! This is the dirty trick they are playing. Unbelievable! My account is clear as pure water, there was a deposit date and deposit amount, and the total amount never changed during these - more days. What to investigate? Citibank is just do n't want to honor the offer on time and playing a game. This kind of dishonor behaviors should not be tolerated.
