This complaint is being filed as TransUnion continues to list an error in my TransUnion credit report. This is my 3rd time disputing this account with TransUnion. However, despite what court documents that I send them, TransUnion will not correct my credit report. Here is identifying information about me : Name : - - - Date of Birth : -/-/- Address : - - - - - - - , - Credit Report Number : - Errorenous Account on Credit Report : - ( Account # - ) Transunion is listing - ( Account # - ) as an account that was " included in Chapter - bankruptcy ''. I have never had proceedings for a Chapter - bankruptcy. The - account was sold to - and, as you can see from the attached forms from the Trustee regarding my Chapter - bankruptcy, that account is currently being paid in my Chapter - bankruptcy. It has been paid on since -/-/- ( when I filed Chapter - bankruptcy ). Citing the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I am asking that Transunion removes this erroneous information from my TransUnion Credit Report.
