Unsolicited issuance of credit card
Refer to my correspondence with Citi Bank regarding my credit card - In short I was contacted by Citi bank and they have offered mediclaim policy of -, in - and policy was issued and premium was debited in my credit card and it was paid by me. After that in - before expiring that policy I have sent the mail to Citibank for not issuing the fresh policy or renew the mediclaim policy. Even prior information for not issuing the policy they have issued the fresh policy and debited the amount in credit card statement. After that I have sent so many mails not a single mail was replied. Now one month back I have come to know that Citibank has reported me defaulter and updated in - so now my request is this kindly go through the attach file ( all mails sent to Citibank ) and resolve this and arrange to remove my and my wife name from -.
