I used a moving company that charged my card for a lot more than the agreed amount. I notified my bank, and disputed the partial amount of $260.00 that I was overcharged for. I did not have paperwork, as I was told it would be emailed to me. It was not. They did not remove the amount, even though I did everything I was able. I would like to note that out of the thousands of transactions I have done with my card, I have only disputed - transactions. -. The other I had a nightmare with, and I had actual documentation! They do not listen or actually take in account what is told. I was also hit with NSF fees due to this money being pulled back out of my account. I was overcharged and I want my money back.
