Citibank Credit card department,
Macy 's is charging me a $2.00 " Minimum Interest Charge '' fee on a - balance credit card account. My Balance was - on my -/-/2017 Statement. I pad the balance in full on -/-/2017 way before the end of the billing cycle. On -/-/2017 I was charged a $2.00 fee. This has happened to me several times in the last few years. I want Macys to respond to this and let us know what is being done to fix it. How many other customers just pay the fee? When I called macy 's, they told me it was not an issue and I will always be charged this fee unless I pay the balance in full every month. We should not have to make a phone call and wait on hold everytime this happens. They need to fix this.
