I opened Citi bank check in account with a promotional offer - on -/-/- and fulfill all terms and conditions, so that I should get $400.00 promotional reward by -/-/-. I made several contacts with Citi, but they said wait till this date. Today it is - and this has not come. Citi should give penalty for this service. If there is a delay in payment to credit cards or cash advance, they put heavy penalty to me. I would like to have Citi give me penalty for their mistakes. I have almost followed more than 10 times with Citi
