Account ( -- ) was paid in full on -/-/2017. This account was a 0 % interest until -/-/ On -/-/2017 account was closed and balance was transferred to another account ( - ). Because if this I am being charged $2800.00 in interest that was deferred and a $27.00 late fee for non payment on this new account ( - ). I was never informed that they were going to transfer this balance to another account. Tried to contact by phone and after 30 minutes on hold I gave up for now.
