Citibank Credit card department,
I 've continued to have multiple issues with Citi and their - Card. They charged me multiple fees for a glitch in their mobile app, then it took me nearly two months to even get a response regarding my complaint. The charges totaled $120.00. After continuing to get no assistance, I was finally able to speak to a person claiming to be a manager. She told me all of the charges would be reversed, however only $75.00 was reversed, the other $50.00 remained. Now I 'm having yet another, but different issue. I paid my bill in full with the understanding that the amount I was given $1000.00, would clear and close my account completely. Four days later they charged me $19.00. I understand how interest is charged, I 'm a - for a local - - office. However, that charge should have been reflected or at least mentioned when I made the payment. Nowhere did it state any of this information so that I could completely pay it and be done with the continued issue of Citi being dishonest. I even contacted their customer services and was told there was nothing they or I could do and that I just had to pay it. They said there was no way to file a complaint or get the charge reversed.
