TransUnion is falsely advertising that they will sell you your --bureau credit report and score for $9.00. Once you sign up, pay the $9.00, and log in, you are required to pay another $29.00 for the services advertised. I have attached a picture. Both my husband and I fell victim to this fraudulent advertising, but we caught it right away and were able to cancel. The customer service agent who took our call said that it was " never advertised '' that this service was included in the $9.00 initial price and that it was a separate service entirely. As you can see from the attached documentation this is clearly a lie - the advertising on both the splash page and the sigh-up page claim the reports & scores are included in the $9.00 initial cost and there is no mention anywhere of the " seperate service '' or " additional cost ''. I would like to report them so no one else falls victim to this deceptive advertising. It 's such a shame that this should come from one of the main credit bureaus that people are inclined to trust!
